You can use this email address for privacy questions and requests. We will direct your request to the person responsible for handling it.

Project inquiries

The inquiry form lets you prepare your name, email address, optional company name, selected service and project description. Open email app passes those details to your chosen email application as a draft. You review and send it yourself. The website does not automatically submit your inquiry to a form service or save its contents on a website server.

When we receive an email, we use the information to answer your request, discuss requirements, prepare a proposal where appropriate and manage related correspondence. Providing information is voluntary; we need a way to contact you and enough information to understand your request. Please leave out sensitive personal data and confidential project material from an initial inquiry.

Why we may use personal data

We do not use the inquiry form for automated decisions or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

We use website hosting and delivery services to process technical connection data, and business email services to handle the correspondence you send us. Some processing may take place outside Norway or the EEA. Contact us for information about the relevant providers and transfer safeguards.

Cookies and your choices

No optional analytics, advertising pixels or advertising cookies are added by this website. Fonts, icons, images and the background video are served from this site; the page does not contact Google Fonts or embed an external video player.

Reject all records a choice against optional cookies. Accept records acceptance of the currently described cookie settings. Because no optional cookie tools are currently installed, accepting does not activate any tracking tool. The buttons do not disable necessary delivery/security processing or the hosting platform’s traffic statistics.

StoragePurposeDuration
sm_cookie_choiceEssential preference cookie containing your choice, notice version and the time you saved it. It contains no advertising identifier.180 days, unless you delete it sooner.

This preference is shared between the main domain and its www address. On the separate preview/hosting address it is saved only for that address. Your browser may also store information for its own functions, such as autofill or cache. The hosting infrastructure may use necessary delivery or security storage under its own service arrangements.

You can reopen at any time, or remove the preference using your browser. A change affects future choices; it does not undo processing already lawfully completed. New optional purposes require an updated notice and a fresh choice.

How long information is kept

Inquiry correspondence is kept while needed to deal with the inquiry and any resulting business relationship. After an inquiry has been resolved and the information is no longer needed for follow-up, we delete or anonymise it unless there is a specific legal requirement or legitimate need to retain a relevant record. Project, accounting and dispute-related records may need to be kept for the period required for those purposes. We assess retention by purpose rather than keeping all inquiries indefinitely.

The website does not maintain a database of form submissions. Technical log retention is managed within the hosting providers’ service arrangements. The preference cookie expires after 180 days.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to contact@stuelandmanagement.com. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data. We normally respond within one month; GDPR permits extensions in certain circumstances, and we will explain an applicable extension.

You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes

We update this notice when the website or the described processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
